1. Điều kiện bảo hành/ Conditions of warranty
Sản phẩm được chấp nhận bảo hành khi đáp ứng các điều kiện dưới đây/ A product shall be accepted a warranty only in case it meets all following conditions:
Sản phẩm được sản xuất, gia công, lắp ráp, nhập khẩu bởi Công ty Topas Việt Nam và được phân phối tại thị trường Việt Nam bởi Topas Việt Nam hay các nhà phân phối chính thức/ Product is produced, done outwork, assembled, imported by Topas Việt Nam and distributed in Vietnam market by Topas Việt Nam or its wholesalers.
Sản phẩm còn trong thời hạn bảo hành theo các quy định về thời hạn bảo hành/ Product is within warranty period in accordance with warranty period regulations.
Tên model trên phiếu bảo hành, hóa đơn mua hàng (hóa đơn GTGT của Bộ Tài chính), hệ thống bảo hành điện tử trùng khớp với tên model trên sản phẩm/ Model name on Warranty card, Purchase invoice (VAT Invoice of the Ministry of Finance), Smart Warranty (SW) system must be coincident with this one on the product.
Sản phẩm gặp trục trặc do lỗi của nhà sản xuất/ Defect on product caused by mistake of producer.
Sản phẩm, nhãn sản phẩm, kiểu sản phẩm, số máy phải còn nguyên dạng/ Product including label, model number, serial number needed to be original.
Sản phẩm quà tặng (mang nhãn hiệu TOPAS )/ Promotion Gifts (TOPAS Brand).
Sản phẩm trưng bày (hàng mới)/ Display products (new product).
Sản phẩm không thuộc nhóm Từ chối bảo hành quy định tại Mục 2. Từ chối bảo hành dưới đây/ Product is not in scope of Rejection of Warranty that stipulated in Item 2 as below.
2. Từ chối bảo hành/ Rejection of Warranty
A product, which violates one of below conditions, will be rejected from warranty:
Hư hỏng gây ra bởi các nguyên nhân khách quan như thiên tai (lũ lụt/sét đánh…), hỏa hoạn, gỉ sét, có vệt mốc, bị ăn mòn, oxy hóa bởi hóa chất, vận chuyển, côn trùng, động vật xâm nhập vào…/ Product is damaged as a result of natural disaster or acts of God, e.g. fire, flood, lightning, musty, eroded or oxidized by chemical, transportation, insect or animal income...
Sử dụng sai điện áp chỉ định/ Wrong voltage was applied to product which are not followed by instruction stipulated in the owner’s manual supplied by Topas Vietnam.
Sản phẩm được đặt nơi bụi bẩn, ẩm ướt, bị chất lỏng hoặc nước vào, bị thấm nước/ Product was installed/ placed at dusty, humid position, product is defected by liquid or water inside.
Hư hỏng gây ra do lỗi người sử dụng hoặc do tác động nhiệt, tác động bên ngoài như: rơi, biến dạng, vỡ…/ Defect caused by End User’s mistake or outside impact, temperature impact: dropped, deformed, broken…
Sử dụng, lắp đặt, bảo trì không đúng hướng dẫn kèm theo sản phẩm/ Defect caused by wrong using, installation, maintenance.
Sản phẩm đã bị can thiệp, sửa chữa bởi các bên thứ ba không được ủy quyền bởi Topas Việt Nam/ The Product is altered, modified and repaired by a party not authorized by Topas viet nam
Sản phẩm hết hạn bảo hành/ Product is out of warranty period.
Sản phẩm không do Topas việt nam sản xuất, gia công, lắp ráp và không được phân phối tại thị trường Việt Nam bởi Topas việt nam hay các nhà phân phối chính thức của Công ty/ Product is neither produced, done outwork, assembled, nor imported by Topas viet nam and not distributed in Vietnam market by Topas viet nam or its wholesalers.
Hàng khuyến mại (không phải là sản phẩm do Topas việt nam sản xuất)/ Promotion gifts (not Topas brand).
